As a stay at home father, I am responsible for providing food for my family of five 18-21 times per week. (Sometimes my wife gets the itch to cook, occasionally we go out.) Healthful, hearty, and homemade best describe my cooking. I use a lot of cabbage, sneak whole wheat flour into most baked goods, and get creative with many different cuisines. Not every recipe you see here is easy (though some recipes are quite simple), but I will say of everything you see, it’s worth it! It’s worth getting the ingredients. It’s worth the effort it takes to prepare. It’s worth the time that it might take for a more complicated recipe.
